Refund and Returns Policy

At Motif Perfumes, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at returns@motifperfumes.com with your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
